Coach Vicki spent the first 15 years of her career in corporate America as a management consultant and her “downtime” was always spent going to the gym and helping friends create workout and eating plans. Fast-forward to the present day...she ditched the corporate job, earned a nationally recognized certification (ACE) as a personal trainer and now her “downtime” is owning and operating Burg Fitness!

In addition to leading strength and bootcamp classes, Coach Dan is Burg's Kickboxing and Personal Defense instructor. His programs help build confidence, self-esteem, strength and empowerment by learning how to react if placed in a threatening situation.
Dan's competitive spirit began with his passion for martial arts and soccer as a teenager. He has represented the United States Soccer Team in the Maccabiah Games in Israel and in Venezuela. He also trained for a full season with West Ham United of the English Premiere League.
Dan earned his 2nd-Degree Black Belt in Taekwondo Karate and Self-Defense in 2005, and became a Certified Instructor of the American Taekwondo Association in 2006. He is a Blauer Tactical System certified Personal Defense Readiness Instructor. His experience as an instructor of martial arts and personal-defense has allowed him to inspire his students to reach goals that they may not have thought possible.
I have a true passion and desire to help people be as happy and healthy as possible. I believe that this generally happens from the inside out. Helping individuals discover a confidence and direction they never thought possible is my passion. Losing weight, gaining muscle and building strength is just one part of the equation. Through scientific practice and real world training experience, I have the knowledge and understanding to help people improve flexibility, strength, endurance and practical movement at a pace where they see real progress.
I’ve personally been through major injuries serving in the military and am a type 1 diabetic. I have the experience to train the extreme athlete to the extreme sedentary person.
With over 10 years providing personal, fitness and nutritional coaching; running coaching; and leading group fitness classes, Coach Laurie is excited to join the Burg Fitness family. Laurie has specialized training experience in: Weight Training for specialty populations; TRX; HIIT; Bootcamp; Cycling; Pilates and Core. To get her heart pumping, hery passions are running, cycling and travel! Coach L’s personal goal is to see the world in her running shoes!
She is equally content renovating her 1946 cottage home or getting her hands dirty in the garden.
