Burg Fitness Group Training is for all fitness levels and for anyone interested in getting fit! We have beginners all the way to fitness enthusiasts, all of whom want to improve their fitness, make new friends and have a great time doing it!
We have certified personal trainers/nutrition coaches and understand the importance of good form and safe workouts. You will participate in really fun (but challenging) high intensity interval training (HIIT) workouts. We also partner-up to take advantage of teamwork (and to make a new friend - or kick your significant others butt) :-)
